Dr. Frank E. Ray, Sr. is the senior pastor of New Salem Baptist Church in Memphis, a growing congregation of over 5,000 people. He is a charismatic leader, a respected Bible scholar, an author, a well-known orator, and a recording artist.

Dr. Ray, who is frequently referred to as the “Walking Bible,” preaches the Bible with a spirit-filled scriptural simplicity. God is Good Ministries now has a global reach. His radio and television ministries are having a huge impact on thousands of people both at home and abroad. The sermon “What Do I Do Next?” is Dr. Ray’s most popular message and has sold over 25,000 copies on CD, DVD, and audiocassettes among his many other works.

Dr. Ray has received several honours, awards, and appointments to national positions as a result of his leadership abilities and dedication to studying God’s word. He was the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc.’s chairman of the “Late Night Services” for ten years, and he currently works as the organization’s national lecturer.
